As said before I've been an ADI for almost 5 years and now looking at ADI training. Been watching some videos on tips of how to train others and this site is just brilliant.
Mirrors/Controlled Stop
I was interested in this subject because it was one of the few I was taught in car on my "supposed 40 hours training with a national "the classroom stuff ain't too clever!!
I watched Control : Mirrors Control : Emer Stop Training : Mirrors/Controlled Stop Grade 2 : Mirrors/Controlled Stop
Excellent tips on potential faults and prevention. Watching the videos and the grade ones are definitely helping me formulate how to train a PDI. Not the videos intention but they are.
I believe that this site offers far more than any classroom environment. By adding this to in car training you can't actually go wrong. I can't endorse this site enough and have already recommended it to 2 PDIs.
