If you’re looking for a CPD programme, or just some support, this may be what you’re looking for. This is available to ADI’s and PDI’s (you don’t need to be on a trainee license).
The programme is designed to be as flexible as possible but at the same time giving you all the tools to become a better instructor and therefore gaining more pupils, keeping them longer and increasing your pass rate and profit.

The cost will be £25 a month and will include unlimited email and phone support. You can choose between in-car training on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis or seminars or a combination of both. To make it as flexible as possible I will use a points system. You will receive 2 points for every month that you are in the mentor programme and you can use these points to pay for training. So over a year you will receive 24 points.

This way you have a monthly fee instead of a big bill when you want training. This makes it easier to budget. (If you are an ADI this fee is tax deductible).

You can then redeem the points against in-car training or seminars.
Each training will cost the following points:
1-1 2hrs in car training at one of 16 locations nationally = 8 points
2-1 2hrs in car training at one of 16 locations nationally, if a second person is available = 4 points

Half a days seminar held in Worcester = 2 points (there will be 8 seminars held each month covering everything you will need to know).

So, for paying £25 a month you will get 24 points over a year, therefore you can do 8hrs 2-1 training (16 points) and 4 seminars (8 points) or 4hrs 2-1 training (8 points) and 8 seminars (16 points). The combinations are endless, so you can choose what suits you best. Some people get a lot from seminars, others get a lot from 1-1 or 2-1, so you choose.

Extra points can be bought for £10 each at anytime if you wish to take extra training.
